Collaboration grants for integration through culture up to 40.000 EUR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCulture Helps \/ \u041a\u0443\u043b\u044c\u0442\u0443\u0440\u0430 \u0434\u043e\u043f\u043e\u043c\u0430\u0433\u0430\u0454\u201d \u2014 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a project co-funded by the EU Creative Europe Programme and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">implemented by Insha Osvita (UA) and zusa (DE) \u2014 opens a call for applications for collaboration grants. You can receive up to \u20ac40.000 for the implementation of international partnership projects between 2 or 3 organisations, focused on the integration through Culture for people, who were forced to leave their homes because of the Russian full-scale war against Ukraine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Collaboration grants programme offers support for cultural organisations that emphasises work with <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">people,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who have been forced to move to safer regions of Ukraine or <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/docs\/2021-2027\/crea\/guidance\/list-3rd-country-participation_crea_en.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creative Europe countries<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> because of Russia\u2019s war against Ukraine<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The project idea must be focused on displaced people or refugees, facilitate their integration into new contexts through culture <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to promote dialogue and mutual understanding<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and offer activities that respond to processing war trauma<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and support of their mental health. Additional efforts should be put into involving families and children in the project activities. The proposed activities can have the form of workshops, co-creation processes, educational projects, art therapy or similar.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Facts on the Collaboration grants\u2019 programme<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCulture helps\u201d includes <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 calls fo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r Collaboration grants, which will be announced in 2023-2024.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The next call will be launched in August 2023. Each call will support around 10 project grants.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50% of the total grants are expected to be disbursed in Ukraine, 50% in other Creative Europe countries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maximum amount of the grant is \u20ac<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">25.000 for collaboration between two organisations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, maximum \u20ac<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40.000<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for collaboration between three organisations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply for the grant, you need to be (eligibility criteria)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants should be based in Ukraine and other <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/docs\/2021-2027\/crea\/guidance\/list-3rd-country-participation_crea_en.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creative Europe country<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and correspond to one of the following categories:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">non-profit organisations,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">public or private bodies<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, provided that\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">they can prove the organisation\u2019s non-commercial status<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the project proposal will not generate any profit<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At least one of the applicants must actively work on the integration of displaced people or refugees from Ukraine into new realities and communities through culture, in particular families and children.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants should not receive the funding from any other <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creative Europe scheme for the project(s) they apply with.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is possible to team up for 2 or 3 partner organisations to prepare the collaboration. In the case of 3 organisations, 2 organisations can be registered in Ukraine and 1 in another CE country, or 1 in Ukraine and 2 in different other CE countries. We will not accept applications from 2 organisations from the same CE country (that is not Ukraine).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organisations without existing partners who are interested in applying for grants will have the opportunity to participate in a series of online moderated community calls that will serve as a helpdesk, providing assistance with grant applications and facilitating matchmaking between organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Application and timeline<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applications need to be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">submitted in English <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">via <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/231412882039050\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> You can find all questions from the form <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1JPoPuRCQiUUnn0B47fEcXXQZI3dDWsLFWzastdPr4qY\/edit?usp=sharing\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the proposed budget template can be downloaded <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1b6C535Ej21togTqz1C2T5qpSeaS51yVF\/edit?usp=share_link&#038;ouid=101215122911151903535&#038;rtpof=true&#038;sd=true\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deadline for applications is August 3, 2023, 23:59 Kyiv time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Results of the selection process will be announced no later than August 28, 2023.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Activities under this call should end by March 31, 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reporting deadline by April 30, 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Selection process and criteria<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The selection process will include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check for eligibility \u2013 make sure you are eligible to apply for the call, otherwise your application will not be considered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assessment of proposals by jury.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The following aspects will be assessed:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relevance to grant objective: organisations\u2019 portfolios and project concept (25 points).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quality of partnership, c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apacity and competences of the team (15 points).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uniqueness\/innovation of partnership (5 points).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Feasibility of collaboration project concept and budget (10 points).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perspective of collaboration beyond project period, contribution to building long-term relations between <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cultural actors based in Ukraine and Creative Europe countries <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(10 points).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Environmental awareness in the proposal (3 points).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At least 10 projects with the highest score will receive a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">grant of up to \u20ac<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">25.000 for collaboration between <\/span><b>two<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> organisations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or up to \u20ac<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40.000<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for collaboration between <\/span><b>three<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Representatives of all selected collaborations are obliged to participate in mentoring activities, online webinars and one network meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do you have any questions left?
