Collaboration grants for integration through culture up to EUR 40.000 &#8211; third call"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCulture Helps \/ \u041a\u0443\u043b\u044c\u0442\u0443\u0440\u0430 \u0434\u043e\u043f\u043e\u043c\u0430\u0433\u0430\u0454\u201d is a project co-funded by the European Union under a dedicated call for proposals to support Ukrainian displaced people and the Ukrainian Cultural and Creative Sectors, which is a cooperation between Insha Osvita (UA) and zusa (DE) \u2014 opens a call for applications for collaboration grants. You can receive a <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maximum of EUR 25.000 for the implementation of international partnership projects between 2 organisations and a maximum of EUR 40.000 for a partnership between 3 organisations. The collaboration needs to be focused on the <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">integration through culture<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for people, who were forced to leave their homes because of the russian full-scale war against Ukraine.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Collaboration grants programme offers support for cultural organisations that emphasise work with <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">people,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who have been forced to move to safer regions of Ukraine or Creative Europe countries (all EU Member States as well as <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/docs\/2021-2027\/crea\/guidance\/list-3rd-country-participation_crea_en.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">certain non-EU countries<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) because of russia\u2019s war against Ukraine<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The project idea must be focused on displaced people or refugees, facilitate their integration into new contexts through culture<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to promote dialogue and mutual understanding<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and offer activities that respond to processing war trauma<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and support their mental health. Additional efforts should be put into involving families and children in the project activities. The proposed activities can have the form of workshops, co-creation processes, educational projects, art therapy or similar.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Facts on the Collaboration grants programme<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCulture Helps\u201d includes <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 calls fo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r Collaboration grants, this is the third call. You can find the results of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zusaculture.org\/culture-helps-collaboration-grants-for-integration-through-culture-results\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">first<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zusaculture.org\/culture-helps-%d0%ba%d1%83%d0%bb%d1%8c%d1%82%d1%83%d1%80%d0%b0-%d0%b4%d0%be%d0%bf%d0%be%d0%bc%d0%b0%d0%b3%d0%b0%d1%94-collaboration-grants-for-integration-through-culture-results\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">second<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> rounds here.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each call supports around 10 collaboration projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In rounds 1 and 2 collaborations have been supported with up to EUR <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">25.000 for collaboration between 2 organisations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and a maximum of EUR <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40.000<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for collaboration between 3 organisations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply for the grant, you need to be (eligibility criteria)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants should be based in Ukraine or another Creative Europe country<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (all EU Member States as well as <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/docs\/2021-2027\/crea\/guidance\/list-3rd-country-participation_crea_en.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">certain non-EU countries<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and correspond to one of the following categories:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">non-profit organisations,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">public or private bodies<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, provided that\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">they can prove the organisation\u2019s non-commercial status<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the project proposal will not generate any profit<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At least one of the applicants must actively work on the integration of displaced people or refugees from Ukraine into new realities and communities through culture, in particular families and children.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants should not receive funding from any other <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creative Europe scheme for the project(s) they apply with. The collaboration project has to be charitable.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is possible to team up for 2 or 3 partner organisations to prepare the collaboration. Each collaboration needs at least one partner from Ukraine and one partner from another Creative Europe country.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Organisations looking for partners to apply for the collaboration grant have the opportunity to participate in online moderated community calls that will serve as a helpdesk, providing assistance with grant applications and facilitating matchmaking between organisations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The community calls take place on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/240394151906354\"><b>February 20<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/240395060124346\"><b>March 5<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, 2024, at 15:00 Berlin time \/ 16:00 Kyiv time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also, you can join our Slack channel \u2013 an online platform to exchange and meet potential collaboration partners.
