You can receive up to \u20ac5.000 for implementation of projects, focused on integration of people, who were forced to leave their homes because of the Russian war against Ukraine.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Project grants programme offers support for cultural organisations that emphasize work with <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">people,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who have been forced to move to safer regions of Ukraine or <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/culture.ec.europa.eu\/resources\/creative-europe-desks\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creative Europe countries<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (all EU member states, as well as some <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/docs\/2021-2027\/crea\/guidance\/list-3rd-country-participation_crea_en.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">non-EU countries<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) because of the Russia\u2019s war in Ukraine. The project idea must be focused on displaced people or refugees, facilitation of their integration into<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> new contexts through culture, and support of their mental health. Additional efforts should be put into involving families and children in the project activities. The proposed activities can have a form of workshops, co-creation processes, educational projects, art therapy or similar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Facts on the Project grants programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCulture helps\u201d include 4 calls for Project grants, which will be announced in 2023-2024. This is the third call of the programme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each call will support arou<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nd 20 project<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> grants.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">70% of the total grants are expected to be disbursed in Ukraine, 30% in Creative Europe countries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum amount of the grant is \u20ac2.000, maximum \u20ac5.000.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply for the grant, you need to be (eligibility criteria)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A non-profit organisation or an independent initiative, based in Ukraine or a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/culture.ec.europa.eu\/resources\/creative-europe-desks\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creative Europe country<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actively working on the integration of displaced people or refugees from Ukraine into new realities and communities through culture, in particular families and children.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>During the first two rounds of the project grants programme, we realized that among organisations there is a request for coherence, supervision and curatorial support during preparation, implementation and summing up the results of the work. Therefore, in this round, we are launching a mentoring support programme as an opportunity for selected participants to ask for support when and where needed. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The programme will include a series of lectures on project management, art therapy methods and its application in work, and other cultural practices working on mental health. Please reach us <\/span><a href=\"mailto:culture_helps@insha-osvita.org\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">via email<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if it is your case;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deadline for applications is June 21, 2024, 23:59 Kyiv time;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Results of the selection process will be announced no later than July 31, 2024 (UPD: the selection results will be announced no later than August 5, 2024);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Activities within the projects may begin <\/span><b>no earlier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> than August 15, 2024, and must be completed by November 15, 2024.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selection process and criteria<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>The selection process will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check for eligibility \u2013 make sure you are eligible to apply for the call, otherwise your application will not be considered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assessment of proposals by jury.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The following aspects will be assessed:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacity and competences of the team (15 points).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quality of the proposal (25 points). In order to form a high-quality proposal when writing an application, consider the following: Is the project idea focused on displaced people or refugees from Ukraine? Is the integration through culture and\/or facilitation of integration the main scope of the project proposal? Are there any unexpected &#038; cross-sectoral activities? Is mental health awareness included in the proposal? Is the requested budget adequate for the project? Are families and children involved in the proposal?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innovative\/ experimental approach (15 points).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sustainability of action (5 points).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The projects scoring 60% on each category and 80% overall will be awarded with the budget requested in the application, with a maximum of \u20ac5.000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you have any questions left?
