This initiative focuses on the recovery, adaptation, and reintegration of veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war who previously worked in the cultural and\/or educational sectors before their service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of this open call, we are looking for experts to join an independent jury team and evaluate applications from potential program fellows. It is crucial that the evaluation process is not only professional but also grounded in an understanding of the experiences, challenges, and needs of the veteran community. At the same time, it must remain balanced, consider diverse perspectives, and support reintegration\u2014one of the program&#8217;s key goals. <\/span><b>For this reason, we invite veterans to apply for this role (following the principle of \u201cNothing for veterans without veterans\u201d) alongside civilian professionals who systematically and professionally work with the veteran community and understand its needs and challenges.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>We are looking for individuals who:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a connection to and understanding of the veteran community\u2019s needs, experience working with veterans, or belong to the community themselves;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have ties to the creative industries and education sector or experience coordinating an independent initiative or NGO;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have experience in evaluating project applications;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understand project management processes in culture and education, as well as the impact of projects on these sectors and their target audiences;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possess a strong ethical framework, understand conflicts of interest, practice self-reflection, and can refrain from evaluating applications they cannot assess objectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we offer:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clear competition conditions and defined selection criteria;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A structured workflow and methodology for evaluating applications;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technical support and continuous communication for clarifications during the evaluation process;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A community of veterans from the cultural and educational sectors;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A fee of \u20ac150 (paid in UAH equivalent).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Important: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you plan to apply for the \u0412\u0406\u041b\u042c\u041d\u041e\/VILNO program as a participant, please do not apply for this expert role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>To apply, please <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/inshaosvita.typeform.com\/to\/PhFkP0bk\"><b>fill out the form via the link<\/b><\/a><b> by March 9 at 23:59 Kyiv time.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If you are ready to join the expert team and contribute to making this program a reality, we look forward to your application!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have any questions, please contact vilno@insha-osvita.org<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The \u0412\u0406\u041b\u042c\u041d\u041e\/VILNO program was supported by the Robert Bosch Stiftung.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are about to launch a new call of the \u0412\u0406\u041b\u042c\u041d\u041e\/VILNO program.
