For this edition, we are welcoming participants on a self-funded basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>We invite you on the week of 4-10 of May 2026 to join a flexible program of activities for getting your own impression of the current cultural context in Ukraine.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We understand that foreign news about events in Ukraine from a distance often sounds unclear and unbelievable. Furthermore, we also understand that there is no fully safe space in the current conditions in the country. But we see it important to create possibilities for international cultural professionals exchange and two-sided circulation of ideas and experiences, even in challenging conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We invite those art professionals who are interested in learning the current context in Ukraine and incorporate it into future work to one-week visits to Kyiv. Those will include networking events, showcases of art projects, or exchange events. We invite a small group (up to 8 people) to participate in a flexible program of activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insha Osvita in partnership with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/proto-produkciia.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proto produkciia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/asortymentna-kimnata.space\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asortymentna kimnata<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/artaudfellowship-ukraine.org\/en\/home\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antonin Artaud Fellowship<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/opera-aperta.com.ua\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opera Aperta<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> have been implementing programs of international visits since 2023. Previous editions were fully or partly funded by grants. We want to sustain the format of Visits, regardless of availability of co-funding through a grant. Next editions will be implemented on a self-funded basis, so all expenses must be borne by the participants, <\/span><b>with the following financial framework:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">550 EUR Program fee to our organization for curating the program, organizing events and supporting in managing logistic and organizational questions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants should budget approximately 900 EUR for accommodation, per diem, and group transport from Poland to Ukraine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Costs for reaching Poland (or other connecting country, as there are no flights to Ukraine) should be calculated depending on your location.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To became part of the next visit:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fill in the form\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/form.typeform.com\/to\/LR0zzp5u\"><b>via link<\/b><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The group will be formed on the principle \u201cfirst come, first served\u201d, so please do not hesitate if you plan to come.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We understand that the safety of the participants is a priority. We will instruct everyone in air raid safety. All accommodation and events will be organized in locations with nearby shelters.
