Culture Helps Solidarity – Individual Grants First round Results

We have selected the grantees for the first round of individual grants within the Culture Helps Solidarity / Культура допомагає: Солідарність.

We received a total of 167 applications, of which we were able to support 7 within our budget (though we would have liked to support more). The grantees in this round are artists, cultural figures, workshop leaders, playwrights and cultural managers from Sumy, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Dnipro, Kropyvnytskyi, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Kraków. All of them work with internally displaced persons, refugees or veterans and will receive support for rehabilitation stays, art therapy, psychological counselling and other activities aimed at restoring their mental health.

Thank you for taking the time to join the open call, and we encourage you to apply for future rounds, the next of which starts at the end of April. Once again, we understand just how great the need is right now for us to support one another psychologically, and we are working towards this.

The “Culture Helps Solidarity / Культура допомагає: Солідарність” is a project co-funded by the EU Creative Europe Programme and implemented by the European Cultural Foundation (NL), Insha Osvita (UA), zusa (DE) and VETERANKA Movement (UA).
