Trainer and facilitator of the trainers’ pool of the NGO Insha Osvita. She works with various groups: teenagers and students, cultural workers, artists, veterans, firefighters in the SES, public servants, and medical university professors.

In professional life she is sociologist, researcher, consultant, mentor. Engaged in design, social research and analytics in educational, cultural, urban and public history projects. She specialises in integrated spatial planning, participatory events, and recovery projects during and after the war.

Formerly: lecturer at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, head of the qualitative research department at the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology, and analyst at the CEDOS think tank. She has collaborated with Docudays UA, CANactions School, Kharkiv School of Architecture, Kyiv School of Economics, DOBRE USAID Project, GIZ Integrated Spatial Development in Ukraine II Project.

She is working on the study of migration decision-making during the war in Ukraine in the research “On Displacement in Ukraine after the Russian Invasion — Decision-making, Routes, and Prospects” with the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).

She holds a master’s degree in sociology from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (2011) and studied critical urban studies at the European Humanities University (Vilnius, Lithuania).

Also, she is a member of U-Cycle (Kyiv), an NGO that advocates for safety in cities and communities and promotes cycling.
