Olena Angelova

Facilitator, trainer of the international network Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg, designer of developmental and educational programmes, moderator of forums and conferences. Olena has been working in the field of civic non-formal education since 2011. She develops training programmes for civil society leaders in Ukraine, facilitates networking events, leads strategic sessions and supports organisations, helps develop organisational policies, and promotes sustainable green approaches. She has moderated forums and conferences of various focuses — both for narrowly focused activists in Ukraine and for representatives of governments of different countries.

She facilitates on the basis of respect, critical thinking and attention to the needs of the group. Olena is interested in social change, so she knows how to work with advocacy campaigns, organisational and community development, inequality, social justice, human rights to create relevant programmes.
